General Manager's Message
Our journey, which began in 2008 with a retail sales outlet at the Keçeci Business Center in Bayrampaşa, continues today as one of Turkey's leading sealing manufacturers, backed by advanced production facilities and a modern machinery park.
Starting with retail distribution, we soon integrated hydraulic presses, rubber compound mixing mills, and specialized cutting units. Later, we multiplied our production capacity with our Bayrampaşa Topçular and Emintaş Akel facilities. In 2012, we completed major investments in CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, and proprietary CAD/CAM software.
In 2013, we ventured into O-Ring manufacturing—a demanding field requiring micron-level precision—by establishing specialized presses, cryogenic liquid nitrogen deflashing units, and optical quality inspection stations. Today, with our rubber injection and extruder tubing lines, we manufacture thousands of standard and custom sizes in-house under strict zero-defect standards.
Based on the custom technical drawings provided by our valued industrial partners, we collaborate at every stage: from raw material formulation to mold tooling, sintering, and rigorous final bench tests. We remain committed to delivering the most durable sealing solutions without compromising quality.

Foundation & Retail Start
First retail sales branch established at Keçeci Business Center, Bayrampaşa / Istanbul.
Transition to Manufacturing & Emintaş Facility
Relocated to Emintaş Akel Industrial Complex; installed the first compound mixer, hydraulic press, and precision gasket cutting machinery.
Injection Molding & Polyurethane Lines
Expanded into a 3-story production facility in Bayrampaşa Topçular; added injection molding machines for custom polyurethane seals and POM guide rings.
Hydraulic Press Capacity Expansion
Invested in 4 new heavy-duty hydraulic presses, bringing the total press fleet to 7 active machines.
CNC Machining Center & CAD/CAM Integration
Commissioned CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, and Milling equipment. Initiated high-precision custom mold tooling and direct machining of specialty seals.
O-Ring Mass Production & Cryogenic Deflashing
Commissioned 4 dedicated O-Ring vulcanization presses, cryogenic liquid nitrogen deflashing chambers, and optical dimensional inspection stations.
Rubber Injection & Extrusion Lines
Introduced advanced rubber injection molding machinery and continuous PTFE/elastomer tube extrusion lines.
Beylikdüzü Plant & Industrial Automation
Relocated to our modern factory campus at BOSB Bakırcılar Industrial Zone; expanded PTFE ball valve seat production and high-pressure hydraulic product lines.
Facility Expansion & New Integrated Manufacturing Hub
Doubled enclosed manufacturing floor area by integrating the ground floor at Beylikdüzü. Commissioned next-generation horizontal injection presses, expanded raw material preparation units, and 360° optical inspection stations across 35+ modern machines.
