All sealing elements manufactured or supplied by Ege Conta are backed by full ISO 9001 and DIN standard compliance, material certification, and dimensional tolerance guarantees.
Standard off-the-shelf catalog items in unused, original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with original purchase invoices.
For custom-molded parts manufactured per customer drawings, returns are limited to verified non-conformance with agreed technical drawings and dimensional tolerances.
4. Sales & Delivery Terms
In-stock catalog items are dispatched on the same business day across Turkey and international logistics routes. Direct pick-up is available at our factory sales store in Istanbul.
For international export shipments, standard ExWorks, FOB, or CIF terms are arranged in accordance with client specifications.
